Friday marked the end of week 3 and the start of 4 for me on Kris Gethin’s 12 week trainer.  Since starting I’ve lost 9lbs of fat and feel much better.  I’m pretty hyped I haven’t broken from it once.  The end of week three was a bit of a wall as I only lost 1 lb this week.  So, gonna have to keep my head down even more and reps even higher.  1/3 of the way through.
